Staff Picks for Great Fall Hikes
Every fall our mountains explode with color and bekon us to get out and explore! Following are some Eagle-Summit Foot & Ankle staff picks for great fall hikes. Carolyn Knox Keep, Practice Administrator likes Booth Creek Falls in Vail. It’s a stunning out and back moderate hike with views great of the creek. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/booth-falls-trail
Dr. Bernhard’s favorite hike is Mt. Royal in Frisco. It’s a quick 45 min to an hour hike with some intense, steep hiking sections but you’re rewarded with panoramic views of the entire Blue River Valley. And from there, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can keep going up to Mt. Victoria and the rest of the Ten Mile Range. He says “We actually went up there for the Solar Eclipse a year or so ago”.
